Quotes and Booking Times

Your quoted price is based on an agreed booking time, hours spent on site and number of sessions for filming and/or photography. Any extra hours required or requested outside of these times will incur an additional cost.

 

Deposit (applies to projects over $700)

A 50% deposit of the total quoted price is required at least 7 business days prior to filming and/or photography beginning. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the project.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellations for scheduled videography and/or photography sessions must be provided with at least 3 business days’ notice. If notice is provided within 3 business days of scheduled filming/photography booking time, a postponement or change to a later date is available at no cost.

If a postponement or change to a later date is requested, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. If no later date can be agreed upon, a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted price will be payable.

Any postponements or rescheduled sessions must be made within 3 months of the original booking date. If the booking is not rescheduled and completed within 3 months of the original date a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted price will be payable.

In this instance, if filming is still required after 3 months a new quote will be generated.

Videography Editing Time and Requested Changes

Your quoted price includes time on site for filming and/or photography and editing.

​

After filming is complete, Flex PR will provide at least 1 incomplete draft version of your video as an opportunity to provide clear feedback on style, theme and music choice.

​

Any specific requirements such as order of speakers, order of footage or specific footage requested must be made at this time. Flex PR will complete the remainder of the video based on this feedback and provide a complete copy of the video once ready.

After this complete copy has been provided, a further 2 hours of editing time is available for feedback and changes. Any extra editing hours required or requested on top of the allocated 2 hours will incur an additional cost.
