For a moment there this week the world was a quieter place 🤫
Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp all went offline. There were even reports that the cause of the problem meant the platforms could potentially have been wiped forever!
Luckily they all came back to life, but it was a good reminder to make sure you're diversified when it comes to how you communicate with your customers and clients.

Making sure you have a strong understanding of the most effective avenues of communication (Offence, Defence and/or Fans) with your customers and clients is absolutely essential.
